Signing for a Parcel – Checking for Damaged goods

When you sign for a parcel, please inspect it carefully. If it has suffered in transit, you can mark the delivery note “Parcel Damaged”, before signing, or even refuse delivery in serious cases. We do of course pack carefully and strongly to help avoid these problems.
Some deliveries involve more than one parcel – please check that all have been received.
We must be advised within 48 hours of delivery of any shortages or damaged goods.
